About remote service and outsourcing in general

You can hire two services: outsourcing and remote. In the first one, we analyze together which are the tasks that you want to refer to us and that we execute so that the project comes out as you wish. In the second case, you tell us the profile and skills you are looking for, and we recruit the talent.

At Metrickal, we outsource a wide range of functions such as:

About remote workers

Can be done on an hourly basis for specific projects or by specific tasks

We always look for candidates who adapt to schedules agreed between both parties. We always look for the best for both parties to get the best performance.

In the outsourced service you don’t have to worry about it, because you assign us a project and we take care of the project. In the remote case, you must reach a deal with your resource to see how long they are working.

You will only pay per job or hour worked and we guarantee the immediate replacement of the equipment in case the results are not as expected.

At Metrickal we take very seriously the LOPD, privacy policy and cybersecurity. That is why every device used by our profiles is checked for malware and spyware. The resources working with you go through courses and exams every 6 months to ensure that they implement good data protection practices.
